Description
We are seeking an exceptional, highly analytical and big picture thinker as Head of Strategy & Business Planning to help us map the future with insightful decision-making and robust financial stewardship. This critical leadership role will be at the heart of understanding, quantifying, and forecasting the trajectory of Apple TV, translating complex data and market dynamics into actionable strategies that ensure sustainable growth and value to our subscribers while maximizing reach and revenue potential.
You possess a deep understanding of the global streaming landscape and the media entertainment industry as a whole. You have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative commercial strategies, an expert grasp subscription-based economics and strategies to innovate. You will be a strategic thinker, an influential leader, and a hands-on operator, capable of translating complex market dynamics and consumer insights into actionable plans that drive significant business impact. You will be instrumental in shaping Apple TV's strategic direction through data-driven recommendations, rigorous performance monitoring, and meticulous fiscal planning.
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of experience within the media entertainment sector with at least 10+ years in senior leadership positions
Extensive experience with fiscal planning processes, budgeting, financial forecasting and modeling
Deep expertise in the global streaming market, including a solid understanding of subscription economics, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics
A clear passion for TV and movies and a deep understanding of the industry dynamics
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, while building culture
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a track record of developing and delivering compelling executive-level materials and influencing senior stakeholders
BA/BS degree required
