We are seeking a talented and results-focused Business Development Manager who will be working closely with game developers to help them identify growth opportunities and drive developer success on the App Store.

Description

You will cultivate strong business relationships with key game developers and maintain a deep understanding of their product pipelines and business strategies to ensure the best content is made available for Apple’s platforms.

You will apply analytical and problem solving skills to develop strategies and actionable solutions to help game developers improve performance, seize opportunities, and grow their business on the App Store.

You will draw on your expertise in the gaming industry to identify new gaming trends, business opportunities, and high potential partners.

You will work cross-functionally with internal partners: Apple’s Worldwide Developer Relations, Games Monetization, Editorial, Analytics, and Operations teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with deep knowledge of the mobile games ecosystem and a solid understanding of game monetization models, game development, and game publishing

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong internal and external relationships

  • Excellent presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to synthesize data and information and package those insights into persuasive, impactful reports and presentations

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining outstanding attention to detail

  • Passion for playing games and an understanding of the mobile games market

  • A strong desire to learn and succeed

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,200 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
