Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. The Apple retail team is seeking a Go-to-Market Commercial leader with a deep understanding of retail trends, consumer insights, and the unique dynamics of retail markets in developed and emerging countries to craft impactful strategies that drive transformative growth and innovation for Apple Retail.

We are seeking a strategic powerhouse with exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, strong commercial acumen, and outstanding relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in management consulting, retail strategy, or commercial go-to-market planning, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.

Description

Success in this position requires in depth market analysis, strategic thinking, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate insights into innovative growth initiatives and results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a go-to-market strategy for Retail in Canada and Latin America, focusing on development and execution of Retail value propositions including affordability, offers, and fulfillment to meet business objectives.

  • Analyze country-specific trends and customer behaviors to recommend promotions, commercial programs, and strategic initiatives that drive growth and engagement.

  • Provide actionable insights on market and business performance to Retail leadership, highlighting opportunities and key trends.

  • Lead the ideation and development of new business concepts, managing the process from idea generation to implementation with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.

  • 7 years in management consulting, commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management.

  • Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and performance to develop strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship building skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.

  • 10+ years of commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management experience.

  • Spanish language skills highly preferred.

  • Experience in wireless carrier, Fintech, or banking industry.

  • Expertise in e-commerce or omnichannel retail strategies for driving online sales growth.

  • Creative thinker with innovative growth ideas.
