How will you make an impact in this role?
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Manager - Product Manager, Payments to join the Tock Product team . In this role, you’ll own and shape the payments and transactions experience—how guests pay to book and dine, and how restaurants process payments through our platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s deeply curious about emerging payments technology and eager to unlock new paid experiences for both restaurants and diners. You'll play a critical role in shaping how payments drive value across the Tock ecosystem.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration with Engineering, fellow Product Managers, and cross-functional teams across the broader Tock-Amex organization. You’ll join a high-energy team that thrives on iteration, values curiosity, and is committed to innovation—all in service of our mission: supporting the world’s best restaurants in delivering exceptional hospitality .
This role will be hybrid and can be based out of Chicago or NYC.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years in a product management role, with prior experience in Fintech preferred
Intellectually curious and passionate about the latest digital payments and online transactions technology
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex projects across the entire product lifecycle from inception through to launch
Grasp of technical concepts and comfort working closely with engineers
Collaborative and hands-on approach that values diverse perspectives and helps uncover and address questions and assumptions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along with your thinking
Self-motivated and share responsibility for the team’s success and progress
You share our love of restaurants and dining out, and want to play a role in helping the dining industry continue to thrive
Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
