How will you make an impact in this role?

As the Director – Travel and Leisure Services (TLS) Business Analytics & Reporting, you will lead the team responsible for delivering actionable analytics and reporting that empower the TLS organization to make data-driven decisions with foresight and confidence. You will guide efforts to identify business and customer trends, forecast future performance, and translate analysis into clear, executable recommendations. This leader will ensure reporting and analytics serve as a true performance driver for TLS.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Business Analytics & Reporting function, ensuring analytics and insights are directly tied to business performance, growth opportunities, and decision-making.

  • Uncover business performance trends and customer segmentation patterns that inform engagement, loyalty, and growth strategies, enabling the TLS organization to take direct action.

  • Oversee portfolio and partner performance analyses, surfacing value drivers and opportunities for improvement.

  • Build and expand forecasting, tracking, and scenario-modeling capabilities, including annual planning, long-range planning, and monthly performance updates, to provide foresight into business and partner outcomes.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers, fostering expertise in business analytics, reporting and forecasting.

  • Deliver accurate, scalable, and audience-specific reporting that ensures transparency and alignment across TLS.

  • Collaborate with enterprise analytics and data capabilities teams to leverage and maintain new data streams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 9 years of relevant professional experience including extensive experience using analytics and reporting to drive business strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, engineering, math, data science).

  • Proven experience delivering partner performance analytics, portfolio insights, and customer behavior analyses.

  • Experience with developing reporting and dashboards that clearly articulate trends and outliers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into direct, actionable recommendations and ensure follow-through on execution.

  • Expertise in BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytical methods such as segmentation, cohort analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.

  • Skilled at balancing recurring reporting needs with proactive, forward-looking analytics.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and motivating analytics teams across geographies.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
