How will you make an impact in this role?
American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) provides powerful backing and financial support to businesses of all sizes. The SME Managed Marketing Customer Marketing team supports Small and Medium Enterprise clients through targeted marketing to Corporate Program Administrators (PAs), who manage their company’s Corporate Card program.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Program Administrator Marketing, the Sr. Analyst, Lifecycle Marketing will drive end-to-end marketing communications for Program Administrators at mid-sized client businesses. This role supports the full lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing engagement, delivering campaigns across channels including email, site, direct mail, and events.
As a Senior Analyst, you will execute multi-channel campaigns that help Program Administrators effectively manage their Corporate Card programs. You will work across partners to move campaigns from concept to launch, ensure high-quality execution, and track performance. This role requires strong coordination, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to turn results into clear insights that improve future marketing efforts
Key Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in the Middle Market segment and Program Administrator audience, representing their needs in campaign development
Execute end-to-end campaign setup and deployment across marketing platforms, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule across channels including email, site, direct mail, and events
Partner with cross-functional teams including product, brand, legal, compliance, channel partners, and agencies to bring campaigns to market
Build and manage campaign timelines, coordinating stakeholders and keeping work on track from concept through launch
Support lifecycle marketing programs from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring a consistent and effective customer experience
Analyze campaign performance and contribute to test-and-learn initiatives to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness
Own monthly multi-channel reporting, synthesizing results into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Develop presentations that communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Manage third-party relationships, including coordinating deliverables and submitting materials for required oversight and approvals
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, and project management
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders
High attention to detail with experience managing work through complex approval processes (e.g., legal, compliance, brand)
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing performance data, identifying insights and applying them to evolve marketing
Strong communication skills, including experience building PowerPoint presentations and presenting insights to stakeholders
Ability to operate independently, solve problems, and drive work forward in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
B2B Marketing experience, preferably in financial services
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
