You are responsible for developing and leading events strategy and effective execution of events for the US Business Organization. The successful candidate will play a critical part in the successful execution of events for business partners, customers, and our carrier partners. This position requires expert-level event management skills, the ability to produce an event from end to end, creative problem-solving, and the ability to influence others and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful events.
Description
Develop and lead a robust and well-balanced enterprise events strategy to drive growth and key business priorities through customer, partner, and industry events.
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of US business events, including in-person and virtual events, and all related customer experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and executive leadership to align event goals with business objectives.
Run end-to-end production, vendor relations, budgets, and timelines to ensure exceptional event delivery, including using events project management tools.
Evaluate event performance through post-event analysis and implement improvements in production workflows.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Tailor comprehensive event strategies and execution plans to meet business goals and objectives..
Effectively use all events-related systems and tools to set up and deliver events, including registration, invitation, and any related virtual event meeting systems.
Detailed implement large-scale events, on time and within budget.
Generate detailed post-event reports with metrics on return on investment, engagement, and lead generation.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and streamlined processes for repeatable success.
Ensure delivery of event content, experiences, and environments that align with brand standards.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in a B2B organization, setting vision and purpose for the organization and influencing in a matrix environment.
8-10 years of experience in enterprise or B2B event management, preferably in a tech or professional services environment.
Demonstrated success in leading complex, high-impact events with global reach.
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior partners.
Familiarity with both in-person and virtual/hybrid event formats.
Background in leading multimillion-dollar event budgets and vendor contracts.
Outstanding project management and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including executive presence.
Proficiency in event management tools, CRM platforms, and virtual/hybrid technologies.
Ability to lead multiple high-profile events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Critical thinking combined with creative problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
