A People Business Partner embodies our culture and core values. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization, from educating clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, and career development, to advising on various management topics.

Description

This is a unique opportunity to serve as a People Business Partner supporting the Americas Retail team at Apple. Your client would be Apple Retail Stores. Your role is hybrid with time working remotely and time spent in stores. You will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Retail organization leads a critical and strategic imperative for the company, seamlessly integrating across Apple’s ecosystem, and bringing the highest quality experience our customers expect and deserve.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7-12 years of experience as a strategic HR partner

  • Experience driving the implementation of talent initiatives, tools, and processes

  • Prioritizes workload and leads multiple projects while adapting to changing needs of the organization

  • Mitigates organizational risk through proactive diagnoses and timely implementation of dynamic solutions

  • Upholds the Apple culture and advocates for the employee experience

  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability

  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity

  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, with a proven ability to influence decisions and inspire new ways of thinking

  • Demonstrated success driving people strategies that support business priorities and elevate the employee experience

  • Strong proficiency with workforce data and insights, translating analytics into recommendations that shape outcomes

  • Ability to build respectful, collaborative relationships at all levels — grounded in discretion, empathy, and sound judgment

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, both as a lead and a supporting team member

  • Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; advanced degree and HR certifications valued

  • Project or program management experience
