The Global Dining Membership team is responsible for driving Card Member engagement, loyalty, and long-term value through differentiated dining benefits and experiences. Within this organization, the benefit management team plays a critical role in strengthening the premium Membership value proposition by delivering seamless benefit execution, strong governance, and data-driven performance management.
This role leads the enablement and strategic support of the Resy Credit, ensuring benefit integrity, scalable infrastructure, and cross-functional alignment across teams such as Product, Marketing, Compliance, Servicing, and Analytics. The position serves as a key connector between Amex and Resy, translating strategy into disciplined execution while maintaining a strong customer-first lens.
How will you make an impact in this role?
As a Benefit Analyst, you will support the Membership value proposition by strengthening the operational foundation and performance of the flagship dining benefit – the Resy Credit.
You'll get to:
Oversee and enable benefit fulfillment through close collaboration with cross-functional partners across American Express and Resy teams, including Card Product, Resy Implementation and Enablement, Data and Analytics, Business Operations and Control Management
Support benefit strategy and roadmap creation and execution
Build scalable reporting infrastructure that delivers insights for leadership across engagement, redemption, and financial performance
Track and optimize benefit performance, analyzing engagement and utilization metrics, and support strategies to enhance business performance
Protect and elevate the Card Member experience through strong controls, complaint oversight, and fulfillment accuracy to ensure operational resilience and reduce risk
Increase organizational clarity and efficiency by standardizing processes, enhancing documentation, and strengthening cross-team coordination
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end operational management of the Resy Credit, including governance, controls, and servicing alignment
Own risk monitoring and control enhancements to safeguard benefit accuracy and compliance standards
Develop and manage reporting frameworks for benefit performance and engagement trends
Deliver recurring insights to leadership to inform strategic planning and investment decisions
Monitor complaints and benefit performance metrics to identify trends and implement remediation plans
Support strategic initiatives and benefit enhancements that evolve the Resy Credit value proposition
Improve operational scalability through standardized workflows, documentation, and cross-team enablement
Minimum Qualifications
Project management experience and organization skills, with the ability to manage tight and evolving timelines across multiple priorities to deliver flawless execution
Strong attention to detail, serving as a process-focused thinker
Effective written and verbal communication skills, building and leveraging relationships to create solutions
Strong mix of analytical and critical thinking skills to implement impactful solutions that drive results
High curiosity with a desire to learn and be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
Bachelor's degree

Salary Range: $65,500.00 to $102,500.00 annually bonus benefits
