As a US Enterprise Communications Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of communication and brand strategies for US Enterprise. You will play a critical part in shaping key messaging to ensure the overall growth and success of Apple in business. This position requires expert level communication skills, the ability to synthesize complexity into clear direction, creative problem solving, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Be the single point of contact for all new product introduction communications. This responsibility includes partner outreach, executive updates, internal communications and velocity with key stakeholders.
- Own, develop, and execute an end to end communication strategy for US Enterprise. Partner with key internal and external stakeholders across each RTM and segment within Enterprise to ensure alignment with overall objectives and sales strategy.
- Own just in time or always ready partner facing presentations such as sales kickoffs, one to many events, and executive briefings in order to convey the Apple story in business.
- Be able to create compelling stories that are grounded in market and analytics trends, which align with the Apple culture and the potential for growth in the Enterprise markets.
- Serve as a brand advocate within the organization and with channel partners, ensuring that US channel messaging is consistent and impactful.
Key Deliverables:
- Deliver the final draft of new product introduction communications for the US Enterprise organization.
- Curate and deploy a common set of communication tools, assets, and templates to maintain the US Enterprise brand and create scale for its users.
- Publish a clear and actionable communication strategy and documentation for US Enterprise.
- Plan, develop, and create compelling Keynote presentations and talk tracks that are ready for the big stage. This includes sales kickoffs, town halls, executive briefings, and other one to many events.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience
Background leading product introduction or other similar launch strategies and initiatives
Deep experience leading executive communications, brand management, and/or similar experience working with diverse teams to deliver impactful communications and projects while also impacting strategy
Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to craft value proposition and articulate vision across various teams
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
Creative problem solving and “out of the box” thinking
Preferred Qualifications
Expert ability in presentation software with Apple Keynote skills preferred
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to create solutions
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Strategic and organizational agility to respond to changes in direction or priorities
Ability to see around corners and synthesize complexity into clear direction and communications
Expert organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
