The VP of Loyalty & Premium Products Analytics will lead the analytics function for key parts of the US Consumer business, including the premium products portfolio, the Membership Rewards program, business development & partnerships and Resy. They will be responsible for uncovering insights that drive innovation, influence strategy, elevate customer experience, and identify opportunities to improve margins and monetize membership services. The incumbent will lead advanced analytics to assess customer behavior and engagement and make data a true competitive advantage for US Consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner cross-functionally across product management, risk, marketing, finance, enterprise data, and governance to shape and influence strategy

  • Oversee and optimize a suite of reporting, external data sources, and analytics capabilities to enable business decision-making

  • Build and oversee a high-performing analytics team

  • Lead efforts to enable customer-level profitability analysis, targeting, segmentation, and experimentation frameworks

  • Identify opportunities in white space and proactively generate new insight-driven ideas to unlock customer and business value

Qualifications:

  • Proven leader of high-performing teams; known for inspiring, developing, and retaining top talent

  • Strong track record of translating analytics into strategic recommendations and measurable business outcomes

  • Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a bias toward action and innovation

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and business acumen

  • Deep understanding of the credit card business and external landscape, including key revenue and risk drivers

  • Experience influencing at the executive level and navigating complex, cross-functional organizations

  • Expertise in advanced statistical analysis, modeling, and data manipulation tools

Qualifications

Salary Range: $176,750.00 to $282,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
