Role Number: 200604490

We are seeking an engineer to architect the next-generation display technology for Apple products. In this unique role, you will have first-hand access to novel display innovations and be responsible for designing display sub-systems that integrate seamlessly into Apple devices. You will spearhead the development of groundbreaking display solutions—inventing original concepts that redefine visual performance, power efficiency, and system-level integration. Your work will ensure harmonious interaction between the display and critical subsystems such as touch, power supply, timing-control, and row- and column-driver ICs.

This role demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical insights into manufacturable hardware. You will define test plans and validation methodologies for both pre-silicon and post-silicon phases and provide technical leadership throughout the development cycle.

We’re looking for a driven, imaginative engineer with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine passion for innovation and breakthrough design. If you thrive on pushing the boundaries of display technology, we look forward to welcoming you to Apple’s display engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field of study

  • Lab experience, including silicon debugging, IC characterization, and system validation

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills

  • Prior knowledge of display and/or touch hardware and technologies

  • Previous experience in system modeling and integration

  • Expert knowledge of MATLAB and/or circuit-simulation tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate efforts across Apple teams and external vendors
