DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Talent Management Associate – Level III to join our team specializing in specializing in Talent Acquisition within Human Resources for Cummins, Inc.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Drive Strategic Talent Initiatives You'll support and potentially lead key talent management processes—such as acquisition, development, and retention—that align with the company’s long-term growth strategy.

  • Enhance Talent Planning and Development By contributing to talent planning and competency management, you'll help ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities to meet future demands.

  • Improve Employee Experience Your involvement in onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts will directly influence employee satisfaction and organizational culture.

  • Support Data-Driven Decisions By producing metrics and conducting basic analyses, you'll provide insights that help evaluate and refine talent programs for greater effectiveness.

  • Champion Process Improvement You'll participate in continuous improvement efforts, helping to streamline and document talent processes for better efficiency and scalability.

  • Lead and Collaborate on Projects As an active project team member, you’ll help design and implement innovative talent solutions that address organizational needs.

  • Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships Your ability to manage relationships and respond to talent-related inquiries will build trust and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

Education:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

  • Experience in talent acquisition coordination and event management.

  • Proven ability to manage logistics for recruitment events, collaborate with recruiting teams, track candidate progress, and support internship programs.

  • Skilled in using recruitment platforms, stakeholder communication, and data reporting to enhance the candidate experience and streamline hiring processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

  • Provide pre- and post-conference hiring funnel reports.

  • Utilize event management tools for to schedule events

  • Complete conference registration for all volunteers.

  • Pre-source candidates and collaborate with recruiting partners for screening.

  • Manage logistics for all conferences and recruitment related events.

  • Design and present training for event volunteers.

  • Distribute communications and updates to all conference participants.

  • Attend all large recruitment events and

  • Partner with the Events Manager to assist with intern programming and events.

Green Card Recruitment Management

  • Support green card-related recruitment efforts and ensure compliance with applicable policies.

Compensation Range : $26.53-39.80

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The

final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s For

qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
