Within GCS, the Product Development & Enterprise Solutions team leads a robust portfolio of digital products and capabilities for corporate and small business customers globally.

We are seeking a builder and owner to lead the evolution of our User Onboarding and Access Management experience for corporate program administrators. This is a highly visible role within the @ Work Digital Experiences team, focused on creating intuitive, secure, and scalable onboarding solutions for enterprise clients.
This role is not about maintaining the status quo. It is about delivering durable, high-quality digital solutions that go beyond minimum requirements and raise the bar for our customers and internal partners.
How will you make an impact in this role?
You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for onboarding and access management capabilities used by corporate administrators. You will:
Define and drive a clear product strategy aligned to commercial and customer outcomes
Build digital experiences that simplify complex enterprise processes
Anticipate downstream system impacts across interconnected platforms
Deliver features that are scalable, secure, and globally deployable
Partner closely with engineering, UX, compliance, servicing, and client teams
Success requires strong product leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to operate independently in a matrixed, high-performance environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven ownership of digital product strategy and delivery across multiple stakeholder groups
Experience managing backlogs and driving agile delivery in partnership with engineering
Strong understanding of platform architecture and interconnected systems
Ability to collect, interpret, and act on customer feedback and usage data
Experience defining product goals, KPIs, and post-launch measurement frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building enterprise or B2B onboarding / access management solutions
Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to operate in complex matrixed organizations
Strong documentation, research, and structured problem-solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
