Operational Excellence | Digital Workplace
Role Summary:
The Director, Program Management Office (PMO) will establish and lead a centralized PMO within Digital Workplace to enhance governance consistency, transparency, and cross-functional alignment across Digital Workplace’s highest-priority initiatives.
As our organization continues to evolve in scale and complexity, this role will help bring greater clarity, discipline, and predictability to how we structure and oversee enterprise-priority work. The PMO will define and maintain standardized frameworks that enable strong execution, while Engineering and domain teams retain accountability for technical delivery.
This leader will serve as a trusted partner across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance, fostering collaboration, improving visibility into risks and dependencies, and strengthening executive confidence through consistent reporting and governance practices.
This role reports to the Vice President, Operational Excellence.
Core Functions:
Enterprise Program Governance – Standard lifecycle, stage gates, executive oversight.
Delivery Orchestration – Clear charters, milestone tracking, dependency management.
Program Risk & Issue Management – Centralized risk visibility and proactive mitigation.
Executive Transparency – Standardized dashboards and single source of truth.
Program Financial & Capacity Oversight – Budget alignment and resource visibility.
Escalation Control – Centralized intake, triage, tracking, and reporting of escalations and data requests.
Continuous Improvement – Institutionalize best practices and lessons learned.
Qualifications :
Extensive experience in program governance and cross-functional coordination
Proven ability to design and institutionalize structured frameworks in complex environments
Strong strategic and systems-thinking capability
Exceptional stakeholder influence skills without formal authority
Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills
Strong organizational design and operational discipline
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
