We are seeking an individual to lead an operations team in the development of world-class semiconductor devices and processes.
Description
This is a full-time on-site role to lead operations for semiconductor pilot line. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of next generation product development and prototyping device builds while driving an industry leading safety culture. The person will ensure that experiments are implemented according to plan and that data are accurately collected and analyzed. The person will manage multiple shifts of operators accountable to running MOCVD, lithography, etch, thin films, wet chemistry, metrology, CMP, and bonding processs equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
B.Sc.degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields
10+ years hands on semiconductor experience
5+ years of working in clean room facility
3+ years of experience with failure analysis
Experience with data analysis tools and principles of statistically designed experimentation (JMP, Matlab, Excel, Stat-Ease, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering
5+ years of senior management experience in a clean room based R&D / pilot production environment
Excellent critical analysis, statistical analysis, and reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and in teams
Experience with quality management systems
