How will you make an impact in this role?
The Project Manager will play a critical role in designing, coordinating, and executing high-impact client experiences across the U.S. and international markets. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, GABM, Executive Leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client events, strategic programs, and gifting initiatives.
In addition, serving as the PMO for the U.S. SME AD team, they will manage stakeholder alignment, oversee project governance, provide business updates to senior leaders, and drive strategic priorities that elevate client engagement and strengthen brand affinity.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capability, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating meaningful, memorable client experiences.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects – This includes, but not limited to, Marquee Events and Dine & Learn Experiences.
Serves as a liaison with key stakeholders to utilize as many of the ticketing and gifting allocated to our teams
Develops project plans and ensures that the scope and approach are fully understood by all partners.
Maintains oversight of project workstreams, tracks tasks and milestones, ensures projects are completed on time and accurately.
Acts as the primary point of contact for leadership and key stakeholders.
Identifies and tracks key project achievements, provides ongoing reporting and updates to leadership and senior management, as needed.

Superior analytical, follow-up and presentation skills for targeted audience.
Self-starter with proven project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and objectives in parallel, while tracking and adjusting priorities.
Highly organized and motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and careful attention to detail.
Strategic thinker with a high degree of analytical capabilities and strong financial acumen.
Professional demeanor with the ability to work autonomously and with highly sensitive and confidential material.
Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate across functions, band levels, key stakeholders, partners, and colleagues, influence decisions and drive results.
Resourceful and resilient – maintains composure in any situation, comfortable reaching out to others in the Blue Box to get things done.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, MBA a plus.
Experience working in or with Global Commercial Services organization a plus.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
