Description
The Administrative Admin Operations Lead supports the administrative team and software engineering departments by streamlining processes, managing operations, and coordinating space planning initiatives. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, supporting director-level or higher and their calendars, preferably in a high tech environment.
Experience supporting large teams (500+ employees).
Previous project management, event planning, and operations experience
Skilled in managing change, resolving conflicts, and exercising sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Positive, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Creative in fostering team culture and managing ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
