We are looking for a preservation project manager with great operational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience with legal hold technology and a sound understanding of preservation best practices. This role requires a person with the ability to drive process improvement initiatives to enhance existing workflows and to leverage system functionality to address preservation requirements - from definition to implementation.
Description
As a preservation project manager, you will be responsible for driving preservation process improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for enhancing existing workflows and leveraging system functionality to address preservation requirements - from definition to implementation. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of program managers, technical specialists, lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading complex discovery project or program management in litigation and regulatory investigations
Strong technology interest and aptitude, including familiarity with project management tools, legal hold tools, and preservation best practices
Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential
Preferred Qualifications
Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting
Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk
Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; share information and support others
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $124,100 and $186,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
