American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) offers powerful backing and support that helps companies of all sizes gain financial savings, control and efficiency. We provide a suite of payment and lending products, solutions for travel and everyday business spending, cross border payments, global currency solutions, and business financing. The Global Commercial Services Marketing team is responsible for creating an end-to-end marketing strategy for our prospect & customer segments around the world.
Within Global Commercial Services Marketing, the Global and US Large Enterprises (G&L) Marketing vision is to deliver essential value to Prospects and Field colleagues through best-in-class B2B marketing. We collaborate with trusted internal and external partners to create globally recognized marketing assets to support our marketing initiatives and Field partners. This team owns and drives all G&L Marketing programs and are looking forward to fueling continued growth in 2025 and beyond.
Senior Manager-Global and U.S. Large Enterprises Digital Marketing will be responsible for owning the digital marketing strategy within the G&L Prospect & B2B Marketing team to drive engagement via compelling messaging targeting decision makers within large prospect organizations. This person will lead the strategy, execution and reporting of all digital marketing channels such as site, paid media and search.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all digital channels (ex. site, paid media, etc.) to drive engagement with G&L decision makers
Work with internal stakeholders (ex. Sales, Middle Market Marketing, GCO, etc.) to develop compelling marketing creative and share learnings
Manage the digital marketing lead process in partnership with key stakeholder teams
Partner with external media and creative agencies to optimize paid media plans
Lead vertical-specific digital marketing journeys and communicate plans and results with field colleagues
Manage the team’s scorecard and share insights to optimize performance metrics
Drive reporting workstream to define success metrics across all digital channels
Lead two direct reports responsible for execution and reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of relevant B2B digital marketing experience
Previous paid media and website management experience
Strong track record of driving results, analyzing data, reporting and trends
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with some level of comfort in white space
Superior project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and ability to rally others around a vision
Experience aggregating disparate data and developing concise and succinct recommendations
Curiosity, a willingness to learn & a sense of ownership and accountability
Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
