How will you make an impact in this role?
The Team Leaders in the Global Card and Risk Operations Network lead in servicing our colleagues and customers in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. This is a critical role, as they are ambassadors of “the brand” both internally and externally.
The successful candidate should be able to inspire a team of Specialists to achieve their goals by practicing servant leadership, and outstanding coaching, training, and development in a customer centric environment. They should be effective in making the work rewarding and excel at recognizing accomplishments. They should be an effective customer friendly negotiator, results oriented, demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience under stress with a strong will to WIN.
Key Responsibilities:
This individual must be customer oriented and have a genuine willingness to help people.
They must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally as well as in writing.
Must possess an innovative mindset and be able to think through challenging situations.
They should be able to build strong relationships, drive continuous process improvement and handle multiple priorities.
They need to be an analytical thinker, problem solver, and decision maker with the ability to hold people accountable on delivering continuing results.
Candidate should demonstrate the ability to juggle through multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on tight timelines.
Candidate should be proactive and show the desire to take on additional tasks and have extreme flexibility in work schedules based on business needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
2-5 years of leadership experience required
Call Center/Metrics Driven environment is required
Must be flexible, patient, and confident; must also handle frequent changes well.
Demonstrated ability to apply exceptional time management skills and maneuver through several projects at the same time while shifting gears to meet conflicting deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decisions making skills.
Ability to effectively teach strong negotiation and decision-making skills ensuring profitably while maximizing recovery of outstanding balances, documents or resolving escalations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team effort with solid relationship skills.
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence peers and senior leadership and provide input for process improvement.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and the need to be compliant with internal or external guidelines and rules.
Display highest level of integrity when dealing with customers/employees and processes.
7day/week operation with Nights and Weekends Required
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Word, Excel
Understanding of ROP, Nexidia, & SpeachMiner

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
