This role calls for a leader with a passion for internationalization, a strong technical background, and a proven track record in project management, to lead a talented group of Project Managers and Content Producers. This role requires strong communication and decision making ability to help navigate an expanding scope of work.

Description

As Localization Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the localization of content for the Tips app, while also providing strategic direction for both original content creation and emerging documentation localization programs. Your leadership will ensure alignment with product launches, engineering timelines, and diverse global market needs.

You will be responsible for empowering and developing team members, guiding them through complex localization workflows, and ensuring the timely delivery of critical instructional materials. Your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Passion for internationalization and extensive experience leading customer-facing localization programs across documentation or software.

  • Proven expertise in scoping, scheduling, and resourcing multiple complex projects alongside cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, direction, and oversee day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage across engineering, design, and content teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of localized assets.

  • Track record of driving continuous process improvements and implementing scalable solutions to meet aggressive delivery schedules.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated aptitude to independently learn and adopt new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a second language

  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Bachelors degree or prior experience in Computer Science

  • Experience with machine learning or AI data
