DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator – Level II to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Enhance Safety : By stopping work and immediately reporting major injury hazards, you'll help prevent accidents and ensure a safer workplace.

  • Ensure Compliance : Reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard and complying with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations will maintain a high level of safety and health compliance.

  • Use PPE : Using appropriate personal protective equipment will protect you and your colleagues from potential hazards.

  • Promote Interdependence : Looking out for one another will foster a culture of mutual care and safety.

  • Address Hazards : Correcting hazards within your control will reduce risks and improve workplace safety.

  • Environmental Awareness : Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment will contribute to sustainability efforts.

  • Maintain Quality : Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures, performing quality checks, and identifying non-conforming materials will ensure high-quality standards are met.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prefer applicants with prior PIV experience of 2-5 years with forklifts, tuggers and/ or electric pallet jacks. Also, helpful, Microsoft office knowledge and use of scan guns to move parts from various locations internally, but not required. Please see Brian Ludlum or Brent Johnson with any questions.
