Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Conceiving and implementing analytic solutions using Python, R, Teradata, SnowFlake and other tools to support multi-function business units (sales, operations, finance). Developing data discovery and analytic dashboards to support both the Advanced Analytics team and key internal business partners utilizing knowledge of advanced regression models. Conducting regular/ ad-hoc analyses and data mining on internal and external data (transactional, demographic, marketing) to deliver actionable insights at tactical and strategic levels utilizing knowledge of mining and reduction algorithms including decision trees, probability networks, association rules, clustering, factor analysis and principal components analysis. Structuring experimental design analysis to support new initiative design and follow-up with measurement to identify success and scalability. Providing robust analytical support through deep statistical modeling, data analysis and application of optimization techniques to drive business decisions globally Liaise between the Advanced Analytics team and internal partners. Collecting data and share analytical insights while working across multi-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT). Presenting analysis results and recommendations to management through interactive dashboards, keynotes and financial playbooks. Generating precise and scalable business intelligence solutions while working closely with data warehouse architects and software developers. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $195,500 - $293,800/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration (Quantitative Analysis), Statistics, Operations Researching, Mathematics Computer Programming or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

• 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:

• SAS

• Python

• R

• SQL

• Marketing Mixed Modeling
