Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. The WW Commercial Manager: Retail SMB is a high-impact role responsible for leading commercial plans across Retail centered around Small Business customers with the goal of driving growth. This role will own or work cross-functionally on exciting work streams including SMB customer segmentation, value proposition innovation, and affordability and pricing programs.

The WW Commercial Manager: Retail SMB will be responsible for commercial development across a number of work streams for Apple Retail, including SMB customer segmentation, creation or evolution of SMB-specific value propositions, and developing unique affordability and pricing programs that uniquely meet the needs of SMB customers.
Minimum Qualifications
7-10 years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, Consulting, and/or Financial Services.
Proven cross-functional leadership experience, Strong track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
Proven track record in strategy or commercial development functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives.
Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SMB or Enterprise go-to-market or commercial development
Ability to craft compelling presentations that influence leadership effectively through storytelling.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
