Job Description

We are a busy, thriving, and energetic law firm that helps injured workers obtain the benefits they deserve. As a result we work with sensitive medical and employment records and need to have our files in pristine condition and order so that our excellent attorneys be their most deadly and dangerous to the other side!
We're looking for a Document Manager who will be able to pull apart files into individual documents and identify the (a) the client, (b) the clinic, (c) the provider, and (d) the date of the appointment and label it accordingly. This is a remote online employment.
The work will include the following:
- Reviewing particular folders as directed.
- Search out unsorted documents and sort them.
Skills required:
- Great communication skills via zoom, email, and chat
- Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Fabulous, perhaps natural, attention-to-detail.
- A commitment, bordering upon a obsessive compulsive disorder, to organization.

At the start this is a part-time position, but if it's a fit for both of us we view this as a full-time, long term relationship. (Our last person in this position was with us for four years.)
