Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design and develop innovative software systems for high-performance graphics processing (GPU). Create system renderings utilizing GPU technology. Collaborate with technical artists to ensure graphic fidelity and high-performance standards. Develop innovative techniques in GPU rendering to improve current technologies. Design and integrate systems with advanced GPU rendering pipeline. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand dependencies, define an architecture, and implement solutions to well-defined projects. Working with multiple teams across the organization to gain a broad understanding of the Siri architecture. Write software for an on-device digital assistant. Design performant system architectures. Performance and memory analysis & optimization. Perform data analysis & design machine learning systems. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,931 - $214,500/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

• Education and/or experience must include each of the following:

• Utilizing GoLang, Java, and C to work on multi-language codebases

• Deep learning models and their applications in computer vision

• Programming with AWS

• Leveraging Cloud for Machine Learning and Deep Learning with large scale data

• Big Data computing platform (Hadoop, Map Reduce, Spark)

• Machine learning methods and their applications for natural language processing

• Core natural language processing concepts such as language modelling, part of speech tagging and parsing

• Managing and optimizing distributed database systems such as MongoDB

• Handling data replication, backup, and recovery across nodes to ensure scalability and optimal performance
