Description:

The Industry and B2B Value Marketing team’s mission is to drive loyalty and Membership engagement with suppliers by articulating unique industry and B2B value across channels. The Senior Analyst position provides an exciting opportunity to strengthen marketing skills, gain external partner management experience, and work with highly collaborative teams across USMM and other business units. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in driving growth and innovation of B2B and B2C marketing, supporting the creation and optimization of external merchant-facing collateral and field enablement resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, report and analyze campaign results, providing recommendations to define future campaigns.

  • Manage strategy, creation, execution and reporting of the B2B eNL; a highly personalized communication to businesses, focused on relevant trends, insights, and resources.

  • Manage the strategy, execution and maintenance of the Outlook library; a core tool field teams in communication with their merchants.

  • Own approval requests from stakeholders and making sure outputs are pulled through collateral and that messaging and priorities are unified.

  • Support the Playbook and Marketing Resource Center strategy and maintenance.

  • Support priority industry content creation across channels.

  • Flawlessly manage the budget for 2 USMM Director teams, meeting all hurdles and commitment deadlines.

  • Stay up to date on external trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the work by pulling these trends through.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 2-3 years industry relevant digital marketing or digital agency experience.

  • Strong understanding of marketing tactics and performance metrics; familiar with implementing campaigns across channels.

  • Detail oriented project management skills and knowledge of approval and compliance process.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with a knack for distilling down complex ideas into customer-friendly language.

  • Campaign execution (e.g.: email, trade) plus.

  • An individual who leads with both focus and a great sense of camaraderie.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
