We believe in doing whatever it takes to support the service channel and our customers! Service Channel Program Managers create and own Apple’s service channel programs. They work with a wide scope of cross-functional teams to lead programs and projects implementing service strategy and improving the customer experience. As a program manager you will collaborate daily across these groups and drive projects by influencing and motivating cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum, 6-10 years of project management or program management experience in fast- paced, logistics-focused businesses or equivalent in Service Strategy, Operations, or Consulting
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategies, programs, and projects concurrently
Highly effective at building trust and communicating innovative ideas to gain consensus and build partnerships.
Comfortable delivering persuasive presentations across all levels of leadership to gain alignment and move projects forward.
Can build effective relationships to drive execution of projects across groups. Demonstrated team player willing to roll-up their sleeves to tackle the task at hand
Able to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines. Demonstrates ability to navigate ambiguity and develop proposals based on limited information
Preferred Qualifications
MS/MBA preferred plus 6-9 years experience, or BA/BS degree plus 8-10 years service industry experience
Business Insight: Understands the factors influencing our business, including market trends and customer needs.
Strategic Influence: Skilled in shaping service strategies focused on cost optimization, feature enhancement, and go-to-market execution.
Adaptability: Proven ability to excel in ambiguous and complex environments, coupled with a strong curiosity and
