Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. The Retail Customer Care (RCC) team is seeking an individual with excellent analytical and research skills to join the Payment team as a Data Analyst. The role of Payment Support Data Analyst is to enhance the overall customer purchasing experience by efficiently actioning orders and ensuring processes and systems are working correctly.
Description
RCC Payment Support is looking for a self-starter with advanced research and pattern recognition skills. This individual will take on business challenges and brings creative solutions. As a Payment Support Data Analyst, you will review orders to identify trends, open tickets, and partners with leadership to support the knowledge development of Payment Support Specialists. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance internal processes and help improve the customer experience. You will test and provide Subject Matter Expert knowledge for new projects and enhancements while communicating updates to the business.
Responsibilities:
Identify business process solutions that increase efficiency while maintaining a collaborative and approachable working style
Analyze data and provide reporting updates to inform trends and decision-making
Act as a Subject Matter Expert representing Payment Support for upcoming projects and User Acceptance Training
Submit, track, and assist with actioning Payment Analyst Tickets and orders requiring additional attention
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years experience in data analytics or related field
Knowledge and experience using SAP PD2 and Excel, including leveraging Excel to identify trends in large data sets
Attention to detail, strong research as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in RCC Payment Support and 6+ years within Apple Retail
Extensive knowledge of internal Payment tools (including Wrike), the full order life cycle, and regional nuances across ALAC, AMR, and EMEIA
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and ability to identify business process solutions that increase efficiency
Skilled at quickly learning and navigating Tableau dashboards and internal reporting tools
Eager to build relationships and represent Payment in collaboration with boundary teams, including Executive Relations, AFO, Readiness, IS&T, and Logistics
Able to work independently, proactively seek projects, and demonstrate advanced judgement
