AppleCare’s Digital organization is seeking an innovative and passionate Voice Experience Product Manager. This position will help influence our generative strategies and deployments as welll as our existing portfolio of IVR applications and other products.
Description
You would be joining a fast-paced, cohesive team with aggressive goals and tremendous drive. A successful candidate will bring the right balance of product ownership skills as well as technical and business knowledge to deliver on our support initiatives.
Help lead the generative strategy and roadmap planning for the AppleCare voice experience.
Work with voice designers and application engineers to turn design concepts into reality.
Manage a large portfolio of diverse projects and initiatives.
Lead partnerships with a variety of organizations and teams.
Craft and deliver concepts, proposals and presentations for a variety of business and technical audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience owning large, cross-functional, contact center, and support initiatives including IVR technologies.
BA or BS or minimum of 3-5 years related work experience.
Experience with generative technologies, conversational design and associated integrations.
Analytical problem solver. Ability to utilize data driven methodologies to ensure continued program success.
Ability to transform data and observations into impactful insights and actionable plans.
Capable of coordinating and directing global teams of high-performing project managers, developers and business operations resources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business preferred.
