Job Description
The Lead, FP&A reports to the Associate Director and is responsible for consolidating Global Commercial Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), providing financial support to International Therapeutics areas and affiliates in the areas of (DSO) and Balance Sheet, and leading quarterly SOX certification processes. This role will consolidate Global Commercial DSO and Balance Sheet Long Range Plan (LRP), Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), Plan, and Actuals and will interact with multiple cross functional partners. The Lead will partner with key members of the team to implement operational improvements, develop new tools to manage and assess business performance and support the Associate Director on ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Preparation of LRP, LBE, and Plan guidance and packages
Preparation of monthly DSO reporting package
Coordination of quarterly SOX and intangible asset certifications and consolidation of Balance Sheet commentary
Continual collaboration with Commercial Finance and Operations teams, FSS, Treasury, Systems teams, Corporate, and others
Development and implementation of process changes while delivering on responsibilities within current framework
Ad-hoc analysis as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written)
Ability to meet deadlines while balancing contending priorities
Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships with cross-functional partners
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of SAP, BPC, BIP, and Power BI a plus

Significant Work Activities and Conditions: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
