APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design intuitive and human-centered experiences that help Apple’s customers navigate and use the Apple TV app with ease Consider the multiple business models, partners, and contractual constraints of the product, as well as the cross-functional ?exibility of all design ideas and solutions. Design solutions for features that account for the product system, as well as the entirety of Apple’s services systems. Conceptualize and iterate on design solutions through continued research, validation, and testing running collaborative cross-functional workshops between Business and Technical teams Implement design and prototype ideas and solutions using traditional sketching methods, and interactive digital tools. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $207,800 - $312,200/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in the job o?ered or related occupation.

  • 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:

  • Conducting User Experience Design to conceptualize, design, and implement user-centered experiences —Conceptualization: Create user personas and user journey maps to visualize the ideal user experience. Design: Develop wireframes and prototypes to design a user-friendly interface. Implementation: Use responsive design principles to ensure the website is accessible on various devices.

  • Conducting User Interface Design to develop the visual user interfaces that are central to the user’s experience — Proficiency in industry-standard UI design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision etc. Graphic Design Skills: Understanding design principles, color theory, typography, and layout is fundamental to UI design. User-Centered Design: Create user interfaces using user-centered design principles, usability testing and user research techniques.

  • Create prototypes for user interfaces using: UI/UX Design Skills: including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Use accessibility principles to design prototypes that are inclusive and compliant with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

  • Design Software : Use design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to create interactive prototypes and wireframes to prototype-specific features within these tools, such as clickable links, transitions, and animations.

  • Wireframing : Create wireframes to communicate the basic elements and content of the interface without focusing on visual details.

  • Interactive Design: Use interaction design principles, including how users should navigate and interact with the interface. Create interactive elements such as buttons, menus, and forms within the prototype.

  • Usability Testing: Apply usability testing methodologies and the ability to design prototypes that can be tested with real users to gather feedback and make improvements.

  • User Flows and Scenarios: The ability to map out user flows and scenarios to ensure that the prototype addresses different user journeys and tasks.

  • Storyboarding: Proficiency in creating storyboards or user journey maps to visually represent the user's experience through the interface.

  • Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems or collaboration features within design tools to manage and track changes in the prototype.

  • Visual and Motion Design: Creating prototypes by incorporating motion and animations to demonstrate user interactions and creating the prototypes for various platforms and devices, including web, mobile, and desktop.
