The Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
Our Worldwide Sales Business Planning team is dedicated to developing strategies, programs, tools, and processes that empower the business to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and innovate our leadership and support approach for thousands of employees globally. The Program Leader will lead a team of program managers to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring consistency across our global sales programs. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and developing the team that implements programs at scale, providing data-driven insights, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve key business objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in building effective teams, pitching to senior leaders, program management, sales operations, and data analysis.

Description

In this role, you are responsible for leading operational programs that support WW Sales, including; the development of the Events strategy and implementation of approved events, managing the semiannual Facilities in-office seat forecast and annual Capex forecast and project completion, driving the adherence and scale of the DART program and overall device management for Sales, be a sounding board for Development programs and identifying processes to optimize across Sales.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in business operations, strategic planning, or program management

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Background in program and project management, with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects

  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

  • Executive presence with ability to influence senior leadership

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into compelling key insights

  • Proficient in driving action through collaboration and proactivity, cultivating strong relationships, and influencing stakeholders for optimal outcomes

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning and manageme

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and solve problems creatively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales operations or sales enablement organizations

  • Proven ability to balance multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and prioritize when stakeholders have conflicting needs

  • Strong networking skills and proven track record of building relationships in complex organizationa structures

  • Background in change management and process improvement

  • Familiarity with contract management and vendor negotiations

  • Experience with global/regional planning cycles
