Description

You have a talent for developing thoughtful, creative solutions and presenting them clearly to cross-functional teams. You have strong visual and user interface design skills grounded in user-centered design principles and best practices. You’re adept at breaking down complex problems and turning them into clear, focused, and well-reasoned solutions. Detail-oriented yet imaginative, you’re comfortable pushing creative boundaries without needing strict parameters. You collaborate closely with teammates to refine ideas, welcome feedback with openness, and help drive consensus across teams.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of design experience in a design studio or as a product designer. You have a solid portfolio and breadth of work that demonstrates your skill and you can confidently speak to your work.
You are a critical thinker who is imaginative, creative, and inventive, and you’re a great collaborator who inspires their teammates.
You have enthusiasm for an iterative design process, inspired by group critique.
You can apply principles of visual design (hierarchy, balance, contrast) to new interfaces.
You’re adept at visualizing, simplifying and representing data in a beautiful, intuitive and communicative way to tell a story.
You have a good understanding of design systems and patterns.
You’re a wizard with the design tools you need to get your ideas across, whether it’s Sketch, Illustrator, or otherwise.
Preferred Qualifications
You are passionate about making every detail count, but are also innovative and eager to think about the next big idea for our products.
You’re a strong presenter, clear communicator, compelling storyteller and you can navigate competing interests and requests with nuance, grace and diplomacy.
You see feedback from peers and partners as a positive, and work to consider others points of view with openness and integrity.
You’re comfortable with loose structure and ambiguity yet able to meet deadlines with minimal scaffolding.
