We are looking for a SAP Order to Cash Operations Lead who has the drive, passion, knowledge, experience and the aptitude to be part of the global SAP production support team, that supports some of the biggest SAP systems in the world. You will be involved in day to day operations, driving operational excellence, ensuring vendor delivery and accountability, guiding the vendor team, collaborating with other supporting teams, building business relationships, handling business issues & system crises, communicating with relevant partners, driving continuous improvement and leading special system activities.

Description

We are looking for a SAP Order to Cash Operations Lead who loves to get hands-on while driving day to day operational excellence and offering the highest service levels to our business partners.

As SAP Order to Cash Operations Lead, you will need to have a strong aptitude to tackle business impacting issues in Order to Cash domain. You will need to have experience in troubleshooting issues, design and configuration of the SAP Order to Cash space.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Engage & drive critical production system and business issues (including hands-on engagement in troubleshooting and resolving issues, clear communication during issue management, providing management updates and driving post-mortem for issues troubleshooting)

Be the point of contact for business engagement

Drive system / process initiatives that could improve efficiency / productivity.

Monitor and identify trends for issues and implement solutions by performing root cause analysis.

Track key metrics and ensure alignment to SLA

Participate in various system activities like annual upgrade cut-over, disaster recovery drill etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ yrs of broader hands-on work experience (troubleshooting/implementing solutions) across various functions within SAP Order to Cash space

  • Experience in Available to Promise in APO / aATP

  • Production support experience working in a 24 X 7 support model, handling vendor performance, delivering to SLA, reporting metrics, continuous improvement

  • Experience in partnering with vendor teams both onsite and offshore

  • Experience in S/4 HANA

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any technical experience would be a significant plus such as ability to understand ABAP / code, debugging

  • Experience in SAP APO, aATP, SAP Commerce, Machine Learning, Signavio, BTP, Gen AI

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sensitive to established schedules and scope

  • Innovative, highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
