The Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

Apple is seeking a Worldwide Communications Lead for the Executive Briefing Center (EBC). The EBC hosts Apple’s most strategic customers and partners to strengthen relationships and advance business development goals. In this role, you’ll shape how the EBC is understood and used across Apple, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure it’s driving meaningful customer engagement and business impact. You will develop compelling narratives, collaborate with designers to bring those narratives to life, and build awareness and advocacy of the EBC across Apple. This highly strategic role will interface directly with Apple sales teams, subject matter experts, executives, customers, and partners.

Description

In this role, you will:

  • Create a critical communications platform that raises internal awareness of the EBC’s value and guides teams on when and how to use briefings to strengthen executive relationships and drive better business outcomes

  • Build and maintain an internal portal that highlights impactful executive briefings and captures lessons learned, standard processes, and planning insights others can apply

  • Partner closely with the EBC team to identify and prioritize content and assets for development

  • Develop and manage a content calendar, in collaboration with a design partner

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across Apple to create high-impact narratives that resonate with executive audiences, address customer challenges, and support sales objectives

  • Work side-by-side with designers to translate narratives into compelling assets and experiences

  • Collaborate on the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring narrative consistency across all touch-points from pre-visit through post-visit follow-up

  • Lead internal content reviews to ensure assets and experiences meet their intended goals

  • Recruit internal Apple team members to serve as speakers and present on their areas of expertise

  • Support and coach presenters to deliver clear, engaging, and consistent messaging, tailored for executive-level audiences

  • Manage the EBC’s presence through internal communications channels

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience leading communications projects in a highly matrixed organization

  • Experience leading internal communications initiatives, preferably within a sales organization

  • Expert-level ability to develop executive-focused narratives that reflect audience priorities and support business objectives

  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with designers or creative teams to translate concepts into designed assets

  • Experience conducting content reviews and determining strategic next steps

  • Experience leading audits and managing calendars for both content and communications

  • Strong networking abilities and proven track record of building relationships in complex organizational structures\Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with sales teams and customers

  • Expertise in developing narratives in a B2B sales environment

  • Background in executive communications or C-suite engagement

  • Experience designing customer journey maps and optimizing multi-touchpoint experiences

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,300 and $263,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
