Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Privacy program management framework that supports coordination and clear tracking among workstreams, key activities and milestones.

  • Establish a clear 3-year Privacy plan and roadmap, with emphasis and urgency on year one milestones.

  • Collaborate and engage with diverse set of stakeholders to spearhead Privacy workstreams and programs (Global Privacy, Information Security, General Counsel, business units, others)

  • Track progress against key program milestones and risks including creation of presentation views for executive review.

  • Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success and monitor their achievement.

  • Demonstrate ability to lead discussions on project plans to ensure various stakeholders understand decisions and approval processes.

  • Communicate scope changes, resourcing, and financial implications to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

  • Actively identify gaps in project plans and educate the team on finding closure.

  • Take ownership and accountability of the program with the ability to act independently.

  • Maintain positive demeanor and “can do” attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Has demonstrated ability to lead discussions on project plans to ensure various stakeholders understand tradeoffs and approval process.

  • Instinctive project management acumen: attention to detail along with ability to keep the big picture in perspective, both proactive and adaptable, ready, and willing to handle challenges.

  • Strong relationship leadership with a track record of positively collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners, including senior leaders.

  • Exceptional communication skills to synthesize key messages, prepare impactful materials, and tailor appropriately for the audience. Ability to create decks and materials to communicate at senior levels concisely, clearly, and consistently.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully within a matrixed organization.

  • Team player comfortable working collaboratively to resolve challenges in a demanding environment.

  • Enjoys solving large and complicated problems.

  • 8 years of experience with significant project management experience required.

  • Global financial services or consulting project management experience preferred.

  • Experience leading or supporting privacy programs or projects preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
