How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager, 1LOD Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) Exam Readiness & Regulatory Response is accountable for sustained first-line exam readiness and for serving as the 1LOD orchestration point for regulatory and internal examinations.
This role ensures the first line can respond to supervisory inquiries quickly, consistently, and credibly. The role establishes and enforces enterprise exam readiness standards, maintains regulator-ready evidence and narratives, and coordinates cross-Business Unit responses.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain 1LOD FCRM exam readiness standards, including evidence expectations, documentation quality, and governance artifacts.
Maintain a regulator-ready inventory of evidence and narratives.
Serve as the primary 1LOD coordinator for regulatory and internal exams.
Manage exam logistics, information requests, walkthroughs, and timelines.
Coordinate inputs from Business Units while ensuring consistency and clarity.
Maintain a log of known issues, limitations, and remediation status to avoid surprises.
Help prepare leadership for regulatory briefings
Support post-exam lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
4 years of experience supporting regulatory exams, audits, or supervisory interactions.
Strong understanding of financial crimes regulatory expectations (e.g., OCC, FRB).
Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-stakeholder, time-sensitive responses under regulatory scrutiny.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex control and risk concepts into clear, regulator-appropriate narratives.
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
