Apple Music Artist and Talent Relations is looking for a Senior Content Producer to manage the creation of high-level global content for Apple Music. You will work directly with lead anchor talent to develop a media strategy across a dynamic suite of content types that elevate artist stories, talent profile and brand propositions. You will provide strategic, creative and logistical guidance while overseeing the development and delivery of our premier interview content across Radio, Podcast, Video and Social channels.

Description

The Senior Content Producer role will manage the lead anchors production schedule and drive the strategic, creative and operational elements of high-profile multimedia content. In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders across the ecosystem as well as music industry leaders in artist management and PR teams. You will be working in a fast paced environment managing multiple high profile projects at once, with additional project-based responsibilities added at any given time. You will be responsible for ensuring impactful storytelling, developing unique content ideas, timely delivery, and audience engagement across video, audio, social, and PR platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8 + years experience working with high level hosts and talent

  • 8 + years experience in content and/or radio production

  • 8 + years of project management experience overseeing high level, cross functional projects end to end

  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrate extraordinary planning, organizing, creative & critical thinking skills

  • Up to 30% travel, both domestic & international

  • Ability to effectively communicate with talent and distill complex problems into solutions

  • See the big picture and can maneuver through levels of ambiguity

  • Calm under pressure and approach challenges with flexibility

  • Well versed in pop culture, music and are passionate about entertainment

  • Results-oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong passion to learn and succeed

  • Excellent communication, planning and time management skills

  • Proven ability to maneuver through levels of ambiguity

  • Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality

  • Building networks cross functionally will help lead to success in this role

  • Ability to influence senior leaders across functions

  • Experience in a broadcast studio and with automation systems in live and pre-recorded environments

  • Able to navigate challenges while maintaining an even keel

  • An efficient communicator, able to break through noise and provide clarity to all areas of the business including executive leaders

  • Proficient in building presentations in Apple Keynote

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $225,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
