The fraud landscape is dynamic, and the modus operandi are always evolving, with fraudsters becoming ever more sophisticated and leveraging new technology for committing fraud. At the same time, the advent of Agentic AI and Agentic commerce is driving exciting innovations in the payments space but also creating new attack vectors for fraudsters. Addressing these trends will require rapid and effective decision making, strong collaboration with internal and external partners and a strong external focus to stay plugged in to innovations, new form factors and of course adaptations by fraudsters.

The Agentic Commerce Fraud Risk team is looking for an energetic and high-performing Manager to drive innovation in fraud servicing strategy. This exciting and critical position will be responsible for evaluating victim fraud risk and designing mitigation strategies for agentic commerce use cases. The role works very closely with Fraud Risk colleagues around the globe and with enterprise partners including Global Servicing, Labs, Enterprise Digital, Technology, and ensure we are doing it the right way

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing victim fraud risk servicing and claims management strategies for agentic commerce use cases

  • Defining business requirements for platforms involved in fraud risk prevention strategies.

  • Specifying end to end test case scenarios across customer fraud risk life cycle.

  • Establish KPIs and KRIs

  • Participate in new product development discussions as needed.

  • Partner across multiple stakeholders to align on business requirements and provide clarifications to product & technology team on feature solutions.

  • Conduct UAT, post implementation validation and provide launch sign-off.

  • Partner with fraud risk strategy owners to operationalize the new strategies

  • Lead updates of documentation and operational controls as new customer features & fraud capabilities are introduced.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 Years’ experience in product management, strategy, or new product implementation.

  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identifytrends, and evaluate Victim fraud risk scenarios effectively

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguous problems and be creative

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and drive collaboration and alignment towards shared goal

  • Ability to leverage industry trends and insights in designing new products, customer features & fraud capabilities

  • Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, a proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Economics, Sciences, Mathematics, or Engineering related fields preferred

  • Experience in Fraud risk management

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
