Description

This position involves developing network protocol software and embedded firmware solutions while effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. The role combines hands-on technical development with strong interpersonal skills to drive project success:

Protocol Implementation: Develop, and maintain network protocol stacks (TCP/IPv4/IPv6, 802.11).

Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize network communication efficiency and throughput.

Standards Compliance: Ensure software adheres to industry networking standards and specifications.

Integration: Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate protocols with embedded systems.

Firmware Development: Write low-level code for microcontrollers and embedded processors.

Hardware Abstraction: Develop drivers and interfaces for communication modules.

Resource Management: Optimize code for memory, power consumption, and processing constraints.

Debugging: Use specialized tools to fix hardware-software integration issues.

Documentation: Compose technical specifications and implementation guides.

Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive documentation for internal and external teams.

Stakeholder Updates: Present project status, technical challenges, and solutions to management.

Multi-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with hardware engineers, PMs and QE teams.

Knowledge Sharing: Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for team members.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving sophisticated technical challenges while maintaining strong communication with complementary teams and partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have 3+ years of proven experience

  • You have a Bachelors in Electrical or Computer engineering

  • You're a strong teammate with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others

  • You're a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and handle tasks independently

  • You have proven experience addressing leadership, including delivering effective presentations and communicating sophisticated information clearly

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have relevant industry experience

  • You have excellent collaboration skills

  • You're obsessively passionate and inquisitive, and seek to tackle everyday problems in innovative ways
