Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with a proven track record in building and troubleshooting issues in complex data sets from multiple data sources. This role requires candidate with hands-on expertise in advanced SQL scripting, ETL methodologies, data visualization, data validations, and problem-solving skills to uncover insights and drive business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of applied experience in data engineering, business analytics, or business intelligence roles.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and R/Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

  • Hands-on experience in Dataiku Data Modeling platform.

  • Experience with data modeling, transformation, and analytics frameworks such as Snowflake.

  • Skilled in building data visualizations using Tableau, and presenting insights to diverse audiences.

  • Experience delivering end-to-end analytical projects, from scoping to presentation.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including translating data insights for business stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Snowpark, PySpark, and streaming/interactive visualization tools such as Streamlit or Plotly.

  • Background in SMB, product, or service analytics, including service performance, warranty trends, and support operations.

  • Applied experience with software engineering workflows, including Git, CI/CD, and producing maintainable, well-documented code.

  • Experience developing custom Tableau extensions or deploying LLM-powered analytics systems.

  • Strong experience in storytelling with data, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for leadership.

  • Familiarity with large-scale data platforms and scalable analytical pipelines.

  • Master's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
