The App Store Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing operations manager to help ensure effective fiscal planning, solidify workflow integration across marketing, and build the operational foundation for new marketing programs. You will play a key, cross-functional role and represent App Store Marketing as we work closely with the larger Apple Services Marketing organization and App Store business teams.
Description
You will share in the team’s responsibility for the successful delivery and execution of Apple’s App Store marketing programs. You will sit on the App Store Marketing team in the Marketing Development and Enablement function, working globally with a plethora of cross-functional business partners. These engagements will often be in a leading position for meetings, defining milestones and ensuring clear responsibilities across working teams. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to put the team is in a position to drive meaningful business impact through its marketing initiatives.??
This is an important role within one of the fastest-growing divisions at Apple. The right candidate is a hungry, creative, and effective marketer with leadership qualities and a strategic view towards the growth and development of both the service and their team.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in operations, with experience in marketing, subscription services or games
Clear and effective communication skills.
Project management skillset; ability to track a multitude of tasks and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Experience building operational best practices, new processes, and tools (hands-on)
Demonstrated organizational and strategic thinking skills, ability to identify gaps in process and design unified solutions that work across multiple cross-functional teams
Stellar attention to detail, will often be working with tasks that require a keen eye
Comfort with a fast-paced cadence, working across a wide breadth of initiatives
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience in leading meetings with, and presenting to executive leadership
Experience with Creators and/or App Developers
Experience with AirTable, Wrike and other similar platforms
Experience doing annual business or marketing planning
