The Apple Wallet Payments and Commerce Marketing Enablement & Operations team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead, strategize, and complete marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
This role plays a critical part in acquiring and engaging customers across Apple Wallet offerings—within the Apple ecosystem and in partnership with external collaborators. As a key liaison with Marketing, the Program Manager will help bring initiatives to life through flawless execution, continuous optimization, and insightful performance analysis that informs future direction. A strong emphasis is placed on driving impactful results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Additionally, this position is responsible for enhancing process efficiency in marketing operations and campaign management to support scalable growth. Working closely with Marketing leads, Data Science & Analytics, and other Operations teams, the Program Manager will drive performance against key forecasts and find opportunities for continuous improvement across the organization.
Description
Partner with Acquisition and Engagement Marketing leads to support campaign planning from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to identify challenges and co-create solutions through improved intake processes, tool development, and workflow enhancements.
Develop and refine processes that support consistent and scalable customer messaging while meeting the needs of our partners.
Work with external partners to ensure accurate integration and testing of the full customer journey—focusing on delivering exceptional, inclusive experiences.
Lead cross-functional meetings and communications to align partners on end-to-end campaign execution. This includes collaborating with teams across Marketing, Data Science & Analytics, Readiness, Product, and external collaborators.
Drive successful project outcomes by managing timelines, landmarks, and budgets—ensuring that goals are achieved through effective planning and inclusive teamwork.
Proactively identify areas to improve efficiency, quality, and scale using innovative data and technology solutions.
Oversee marketing operations systems that support acquisition and engagement efforts across all Apple Wallet offerings.
Lead user acceptance and production testing to ensure quality and functionality of acquisition campaigns.
Streamline campaign intake processes in collaboration with project managers to enhance consistency and reduce friction.
Contribute to new product development, particularly in areas related to data flow and marketing system architecture.
Lead projections to completion meeting business goals while staying on budget and schedule.
Deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and on budget, from ideation to case development to requirements documentation to post-launch maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
15+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or similar roles. We value expertise, but also encourage applicants with proven experience at any level to apply.
Background in the financial services or FinTech industries is helpful, but not required.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
