How will you make an impact in this role?

Do you have a strong interest in managing relationships with leaders, banking operations, in support of the firms’ strategic priorities?

We are looking for a manager to:

  • Set strategy for measuring and reporting process quality / trends, reducing non-value-added work and operational risk

  • Lead a team of quality and monetary control analyst

  • Own banking monetary monitoring and controls

  • Own invoice submissions for AENB Memberships to Nacha and Wespay.

  • Own the Annual Nacha Rules Compliance Review

  • Implement the team’s strategic approach for supporting banking controls and eliminating operational risk

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Nacha owner and team ensuring that AENB is staying up to date and compliant with the Nacha Rules. As well as participating in the Nacha Quarterly Rule Update Calls.

  • Collaborate on the implementation of new RCSA framework for banking

  • Support banking operations team in regulatory, compliance and audit exams

American Express Enterprise Bank Servicing Network (BSN) Support team includes project management team who lead and manage strategic banking initiatives including the implementation of the new RCSA framework. A banking audit and exam support team who are accountable for leading banking exams/audits/reviews. MIS team who is accountable for operations reporting and development of KPIs/KRIs. We are looking for a manager to join the team with a strong interest in supporting our strategic priorities by ensuring structured and effective engagement with our stakeholders, operations, regulatory, compliance and operational excellence teams in response to evolving regulatory and exam objectives. This role will be responsible for leading a team of quality analysts to report case quality and identify and execute process improvement initiatives. Furthermore, leading monetary control analysts who are responsible for monitoring and approving banking wires/checks and controls are adhered to.

Your Expertise

Support banking servicing network including but not limited to:

  • Initiate / launch / maintain monetary monitoring and controls

  • Initiate / launch / maintain banking quality KPIs / KRIs

  • Initiate / launch / maintain banking process improvement initiatives

  • Engage and monitor the status of critical tasks and deliverables and produce report on engagement status to the project manager(s)

  • Create and update process documentation e.g., process maps

Minimum ???????Qualifications:

  • 2 years banking work experience

  • 2 years ACH Rules and/or ACH knowledge

  • Demonstrated capabilities in managing projects and assignment.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Project, plan, project status report, etc.).

  • Detailed oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem solving, analytical skills and customer service skills.

  • Conduct ongoing reviews and maintain policies and procedures to ensure documentation remains in compliance

  • Update the teams standard operating procedures (SOP) when workflow changes are made

  • Gather and organize statistical quality data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree

  • Six Sigma / Quality background

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
