Design and implement NMR experiments (1D and 2D) for evaluation of ligand binding to protein targets and for fragment screening of protein targets
Set-up NMR spectrometer for the collection of protein-ligand NOE data to enable ligand docking
Process and analyze NMR screening data and structural NOE data
Employ computational methods for CSP/NOE-guided docking of ligands into protein binding sites
Set-up and troubleshoot 1D, 2D, and 3D experiments taken from the literature
Prepare protein samples for NMR-based studies, including buffer optimization
