The Channel Cross-functional (XF) Merchandising Readiness team is responsible for the implementation and execution of product merchandising strategies across all Channel points of sale, globally. Taking inputs from multiple teams across Marcom and Sales, this role drives the output of all merchandising guidelines and store level plans, ensuring the flawless execution of our product and visual merchandising ambitions in Channel.
Description
The Channel XF Merchandising Manager is responsible for all merchandising documentation activities that support new product introductions in Channel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Grasp new product merchandising strategies and ensure consistency across fixtures and deliverables
Collaborate and communicate extensively across many teams to gain alignment on merchandising details and assemble information for documentation
Ensure communications are streamlined, easy to understand and execute
Confirm all deliverables are correct to merchandising standards and strategies
Anticipate global merchandising questions and needs
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on merchandising operations
Experience with writing comprehensive merchandising direction
Experience in working with cross functional and regional teams to bring merchandising strategies to life
Proficient in Keynote & presentation experience with large groups and leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to translate strategic plans into real-world implementation across various store formats
Skilled communicator with a track record of delivering compelling presentations to cross functional teams
Flexible, organized and exceptional attention to detail
Passion for great work, with the ability to influence cross functional teams to drive the work forward
Thrive as part of a cross-functional team, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple teams in a highly matrix’d organization
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
