DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Ensure Safety : By promptly reporting hazards and incidents, and using personal protective equipment, you'll help maintain a safe work environment.

  • Promote Environmental Responsibility : Recognize and minimize the environmental impact of your work, contributing to sustainability efforts.

  • Maintain Quality Standards : Follow standard work procedures and perform quality inspections to ensure products meet high standards.

  • Identify and Address Issues : Raise concerns about non-conforming materials and processes to prevent quality and cost issues.

  • Achieve Production Goals : Operate equipment efficiently to meet production targets and maintain cycle times.

  • Maintain Cleanliness : Keep your work area clean and perform routine housekeeping and machine maintenance tasks.

  • Collaborate Effectively : Communicate with your team and support staff to ensure smooth operations and address equipment needs.

  • Engage in Continuous Improvement : Participate in training and development, and actively seek ways to improve processes, safety, and quality.

Education/Experience:

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
