The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Strategic Enablement (Controls & Process Documentation) will be responsible for ensuring Consumer Marketing is operating in accordance with our promises to cardmembers, as well as meeting all regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of governance activities and documentation that result in strong compliance and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with USCM teams to develop and grow knowledge of varied marketing processes to inform controls and risk documentation

  • Support the development and approval of key risk management documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Risk Control Self Assessments, and Offer, Benefits, and Rewards deliverables

  • Support coordinated USCM response to internal audits

  • Implement project management and collaboration tools to effectively organize project updates and milestone tracking

  • Liaise closely with Control Management and the Business Operations team to ensure USCM complies with Enterprise and external governance needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and drive results

  • Curious, self-starter mindset with the ability to proactively learn the business, ask thoughtful questions, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

  • Governance and compliance knowledge preferred

Qualifications

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
